Left Over Pot Roast – Beef Stew
Package or make it yourself
in a large covered pot, add :
leftover cooked roast beef
5 cups cut up potatoes, carrots, celery and onions
mix dried onion soup with 2 cups of water and 1/2 can tomato paste then add to pot and cook over med heat until veggies are tender
mix any leftover beef gravy with hot water and 1 tbl spoon flour and add to the stew and simmer for approx 30 minutes
