Leftover meatloaf wellington
Serves 4 / prep 15 min / cook time 20 min
- 1 package refrigerated crescent rolls
- 4 ½ slices of cooked leftover meatloaf
- 1 beaten egg w/ 1 tbsp. Water whisked in
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees f
- Unroll crescent rolls and divide into 4 even squares
- Place a slice of meatloaf in center of square and wrap. Pinch seams and edges
- Together so meatloaf doesn’t show
- Places each on baking pan and brush with egg
- Bake for approx 15-20 min
- Serve hot with gravy or cold as a pocket sandwich
