Leftover meatloaf wellington

Serves 4 / prep 15 min / cook time 20 min

  • 1 package refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 4 ½ slices of cooked leftover meatloaf
  • 1 beaten egg w/ 1 tbsp. Water whisked in
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees f
  • Unroll crescent rolls and divide into 4 even squares
  • Place a slice of meatloaf in center of square and wrap. Pinch seams and edges
  • Together so meatloaf doesn’t show
  • Places each on baking pan and brush with egg
  • Bake for approx 15-20 min
  • Serve hot with gravy or cold as a pocket sandwich
