Chicken tortellini au gratin

Serves 6 / prep 15 min. / cook time 30 min.

Ingredients:

  • 2 14 oz. cans artichoke hearts in water-drained and chopped up [ keep ¼ cp. Of the juice]
  • 3 cup Shredded leftover cooked chicken
  • 3 cup cooked spinach tortellini
  • 1 ½ cup mayo
  • 1 ½ cup grated asiago cheese

Method:

  • Mix ingredients together except ½ cp, of the cheese.
  • Spread the mixture into a greased 9×13 baking dish
  • Sprinkle remaining over the mixture and bake in a
  • Preheated 350 degree oven until bubbly and starting to brown—-about 30 minutes
