Chicken tortellini au gratin
Serves 6 / prep 15 min. / cook time 30 min.
Ingredients:
- 2 14 oz. cans artichoke hearts in water-drained and chopped up [ keep ¼ cp. Of the juice]
- 3 cup Shredded leftover cooked chicken
- 3 cup cooked spinach tortellini
- 1 ½ cup mayo
- 1 ½ cup grated asiago cheese
Method:
- Mix ingredients together except ½ cp, of the cheese.
- Spread the mixture into a greased 9×13 baking dish
- Sprinkle remaining over the mixture and bake in a
- Preheated 350 degree oven until bubbly and starting to brown—-about 30 minutes
